Live Lucid Chart File with All Current Slides - Print Options and Presentation Mode
The BK101 sections above contain static images of slides from a single Lucid Chart file. We try to create new static images for the sections above when the file is updated but occasionally we fall behind.
Copy-written Material. Please see Sales Office for formal educational use and distribution of these visuals.
These flowcharts are dedicated to getting you the information you need to get an understanding of what this Bookkeeping Module is, why it was created, and what voids it fills. We do not discuss the user interface or specific software use in these flow charts. For a Video Introduction to the software interface and Basic Use videos, go to Offerings > Bookkeeping .
BK101.5-101.7 provide a very basic overview of the Google Platform, Google Account options and Google Drive. When you put this Bookkeeping Module software to use on Google's platform, you get a glimpse at the future of computing for many small businesses. This software becomes a great reason to explore Google Platform offerings if you haven't done so yet.
Each section above could be expanded into a 5 minute, 15 minute, or even a 60 minute talk. When in an educational setting, it might be best to very quickly skim these and get right on to the software. Get the software installed and setup with their hands on it. Then circle back to this and dig in in more detail if that makes sense.
For detailed use and education videos, See Technical > Bookkeeping > 2017 Videos (these are of an far older version, but for most these will provide great insight until new ones can be created)
Manually reconciling (?)
Issues with reconciling -- statement dates vs txn dates (and manual data entry errors)
Documents For Interested Users, Educators and/or Consultants
These are documents related to various items and topics. There may be videos below or elsewhere that hit on the same or similar information. They are free to download and use. If you copy for your own work, please reference the source material. "Portions of all of this document were derived from (or inspired by) ZAP Accounting Software reference material" or something like that. You needn't clarify more. Republishing without any legible and easily seen reference at all is a copy-write violation.
