Our Balance Sheet, once configured with a proper balance the first time,  updates in real time and allows for very easy date stepping to find errors. This makes the dump accounts a thing of the past. 

We also have added data integrity tools which help with Income Statement and Balance Sheet integrity and trouble shooting. This is truly quite unique

And we only offer that because it's in fact the fastest, easiest, most secure system for bookkeeping. You can manually enter transactions if you'd like. We may have a suggestion for a third party tool for downloading if you are interested, but it would still require a cut and paste. It might cut off 30-60 seconds from a simple process if you wanted to explore it. If you feel auto connectors to your banks are better than a manual download, you've never had to recover from a digital hiccup before. Question us after you do and there will be no questions to be asked or answered.

The other news about INTUIT just because it needs to be mentioned...

We fully realize that many of you are very married to Intuit.  Some of you have spent dozens or even hundreds of hours over decades to get over the Intuit Learning Curves. Most have spent 1000's keeping up with them, if you've been with them too long now. Many of you will not be able to imagine a situation in which you could be offered a comparable or better solution for most basic and advanced needs with no ongoing costs, greater transparency and customization in 1 to 2 hours of guidance from someone more experienced. 

We also realize some of you have profited grandly form the complexity and confusion of Intuit's product offerings. Their market place monopoly has made many a man very wealthy with very healthy margins for many of you. We are currently seeing very aggressive consultants, CPA's, personal coaches and bookkeepers who seem to feel that $250-350/hour is a good wage for educating others on the basics of accounting in Quickbooks. And we find that be way out of line. Ultimately we  expect this product and these educational tools to put  downward pressure on a lot of bookkeeping and accounting related coaching and services. It's just a by-product of education and evolution and it's now heading this way. 

There are a lot of younger folks with college degrees in accounting and technology who are under-employed with massive carnivorous debts in a more expensive economy that none of us had to cope with.  We expect some of them to see this as their opportunity to enter into entrepreneurship with lower pricing than current purveyors and we will be encouraging and supporting their efforts as well as all who are interested in learning about these new offerings.  
 
We hope that you all will embrace these tools. We hope that you will see areas in which some of you can expand your services with google platform related accounting modules. We hope many of you might see an easier path towards part time CFO positions in small companies who need more than just an expensive bookkeeper or accountant.
