Given all that we've published, could there still be questions to be had other than technical details which will be found elsewhere?

All we can imagine is a dialogue with many like this...
​   1) Is all this Education and Software really FREE w/ no digital tracking? What's the catch? What am I missing?
   2) Where should I start?
   3) Are there any short cut instructions?

  4) What about Support if I need it? Surely these videos and docs aren't perfect...

As you will come to find out, we have conversations in writing with videos used sparingly for conveying the right amount of content when appropriate. Those that can adjust to our style of Communication, Education and Teaching Style stand to prosper immensely. 

You were forced to read empty text for so long, you've forgotten text can be filled with far more energy than the spoken word, even when captured in video.  This entire product familiarization process is designed to help with those memories. In order to get through it, most of you will have to up your reading skills a bit for the best energetic benefit. Allow your mind to consume words like chemical-free, whole food nourishes your body. ​

You'll only go through this mind expanding process once.
We suggest slowing down to enjoy it, but if you must,
skip to the corresponding Green subsections if you're in a rush,
​but please return here for the read when you have slowed down a little more. 

For those who slow down enough to read this entire dialogue now,

​1) Is all this Education and Software really FREE with no digital tracking? What's the catch? What am I missing?

• This is fully free and it's a better type of free than anything you've become accustom to in that past few decades. 
• You are missing nothing with regards to tricks related to fees, freemium models or a trade off where you get something for free and we sell data mining information. 
• We have been monitoring the Financial, Education and Software Industries actively for the past 30+ years.
• We have watched as the Marketeers, Technologists, Curriculum Creators, and Bankers have worked with paid Professors, Teachers and Financial Coaches to lead you away from healthy, wholesome financial education and software. Some did it for gross profits, others did it for psychological and energetic control. Others did it out of ignorance.  
• We have known the right platform for Financial Education, Technology Education, Database Education, and Digital Organization was spreadsheets and free templates since the 1980s.
• Unfortunately, from the outset of the Digital Age the population was cognitively steered away from spreadsheets for very profitable and controlling reasons. Did you know "Lotus 1-2-3" was the top selling software package in Hawaii in the 1980s? Ahead of word processors and all other individual software that far back?
• Equally unfortunate, we realized no amount of "hey, they're leading you astray" would have worked given the amount of "noise" and "sexiness" they were introducing with the mis-directions and snazzy technology rollouts Apple, Microsoft and others used to mesmerize you. 
• With COVID, everyone was forced to slow down (thankfully!). 
• We felt the illogical COVID lockdowns presented a time that was as ripe as ripe might ever be for exposing you to what we've witnessed and created in the shadows with your best interest in mind, so we took a few steps closer to the edge of the shadows, and that's our story in a nutshell.
• We've been watching for decades silently. 
• We have privately funded this with our own time and money with no guarantee the right time might ever present itself for this offering, as is likely always the case. With a stroke of good fortune from Mother Time's Clock, the timing is right and we're taking full advantage of that now. 
• We are hoping to offer far more fun and fulfilling Education and Software in the future. 
• We are also hoping to help fund all the healthy things that have slipped through the cracks in the unbridled capitalism and colonialism that has wrought so much damage on the Earth. 
• We will be relying on the Value-For-Value Donation model for our growth.
• Please give what you can based on the value you receive from our offerings. ​

2) Where should I start?
The place to start is on the Home Page.  But that's probably not what a portion of you wanted to hear at all...

• The problem you have right now is not related to the volume of information we have to offer. 
• The problem you have right now is feeling like you don't have the time to enjoy anything at a pace perfect for you.
• The problem you have right now is that any energy you can acquire via work, exercise, sleep or a centering practice like Yoga or Meditation is being sucked out faster than most can replenish it and you don't have enough fingers to plug all the holes, if you can even identify them, given they are now far smaller and more plentiful in a non-beneficial way...
• They've had you on the run for so long you've forgotten how to Be.
  
  
• As a result, most are really asking "where are the shortcuts and which part of this is the unnecessary fluff"...
• And unfortunately, continuing with that thinking,  which you developed as a part of your "self-preservation" process, will only perpetuate bad habits that you should try to start remedying as time allows.
  
  
• With very few exceptions, everyone has been severely burned by Energetic Pirates in a Commercial Game few truly understand. They created mountain ranges of profit from intentionally poor and misdirected curriculum and they were successful beyond your wildest imagination. 
  
  
• They provided volumes and volumes of irrelevant information to try to force you to "check out".
• Due to the number of burns, you became leery of investing more time into much of anything because it seemed nothing was really worth while. 
  
  
• You need to find that part of you that resonates with this trauma and ask it to heal. That is the part of you that you need to heal the most, first. 
  
  
• All the text and videos on the home page, the FAQs, the Testimonials, and in the Orientation Process are designed to be calming and soothing.
  • The written material is a great lead in for a voice, and the voice is simply asking you to "try to slow down and relax just a little more".
  • You will only go through this healing process one time.
    
    
  • You can either try to rush through it like you might do in a grocery store where you skip from aisle 3 to 12 to 16, only to find out you missed items in aisle 2, 4, 6, and 8    OR    you can casually grab a shopping cart, even if you only need one or two items, you can put any bags you are carrying in your cart to lighten your load, you can put your headphones on with calming music in the background,  and you can stroll every aisle with eyes wide open. 
    • Allowing that weekly or biweekly food shopping walk to be your exercise for that day is a great way to grow in personal efficiency. 
    • Allowing that walk to be your half hour of people watching is fun too.
    • Allowing your eyes to scan all the items while only allowing your hands to select those you can afford that are healthy for you is a wonderful habbit to practice. 
    • Does this make sense to you?
      
      
  • Can you understand the parallel painted between slow walking a Locally Managed Grocery or a Fresh Farmers Market with pacing yourself through this information?
    • It will take all of you far more than one walk down all the aisles to digest all of this, but learning to walk them in order, without any sense of rush will help immensely and may result in a wonderful rush of a better sort. 
    • Can you learn to slow down a bit to be with this information and enjoy the learning process?

3) Are there any short cut instructions?

• There is an alternative to enjoying the walk down every aisle for sure. 
• Below,  you will find a click by click short cut most of you are seeking, but we'd be remiss if you weren't provided with a bulleted 50,000 foot summary before providing you with the short-cutters best path...
• If you take the shortcut, please loop back to the beginning for a full education and orientation or you will drive those around you bat-sh*t-crazy with questions that would have been answered in the silence of your own mind had you slow walked each aisle to start with, taking in the reading and videos intended for your communion. 
• The world has enough craziness for now. Let's be the more organized ones for once?

3.1) From 50,000 Feet here's the basic orientation you need before consuming the click-by-click short cut...

• The place everyone needs to start with Financial Literacy is our Bookkeeping Template.

• If you can't track your finances and categorize them with categories relevant to you in a spreadsheet for personal use or tax filing, you can't ever get on to more complex topics. 
• Any general categorization systems offered by your bank in annual summaries or otherwise is not enough to get the job done and just using your Banking Consoles for managing money also is not enough. 

• The key to understanding the simplicity (and hidden complexity) of our Bookkeeping  Template rests on your understanding of the differences between Tax/Financial  Accounting and Managerial/Cost Accounting.
  • You've opted to skip the formal intro to that but the bottom line is that Tax/Financial Accounting culminates in something called an "Net Income Statement", previously known as an "Income Statement"
  • This is the first report everyone needs to understand for personal finance, budgeting and/or small business accounting
  • A Net Income Statement is generated in the simplest manner from the Bookkeeping Process associated with Tax/Financial Accounting. Thus, this is why you are starting with the Bookkeeping Template. 
  • We won't go into more detail on this now because you've opted for the short cut.  Don't ask about this now either.
  • Just follow the instructions and you'll get this understanding eventually or circle back for the full educational process now or later.

3.2) Here's the click-by-click shortcut some of you are seeking...

• From the main menu on the ZAP Software Website, Go to  " Software > Box 5 > Bookkeeping"
  • Box 5 is related to the 6 Box Model.
  • We refer to this page (show below as of 2/19/2021) as the "Bookkeeping Template Landing Page". 
  • Each Software Template has a "Landing Page".
  • That's where you'll find the software template link and support subdomain links. 
• On that page you will find a link to the Bookkeeping Template (stable copy).
  • Click on that link and you can view the template in read only mode. 
  • With that template open, Select "File > Make a Copy" and poof, you have a copy of our template.
  • It is fully functional from an accounting perspective but it needs a connection to an Unbound Google Script Project you can download for enhanced functionally if desired. 
• Just below the Template link(s) on the landing pages you will find a list of websites that we refer to as "Support Subdomains".
  • For the Bookkeeping Template, the first two of those are BK-Master-Guide.zap-accounting-software.com  and BK-Download-Guide.zap-accounting.software.com .
  • BK stands for Bookkeeping and will delineate those guides from guides for other templates. 
  • The instructional subdomains contain videos, visuals and written instructions for orientation, download, configuration and use instructions.
• The template comes by default with one year's worth of Demo Date.
  • There is a subdomain dedicated to touring that information and there is another one or two to talk about the Programming that makes it all work. 

We'd really prefer it if you'd read this entire page before heading out, 
but we understand many are short on time.
You will make far more progress far faster working in small groups or teams than you will going solo
given we provide no formal, individual support.

3.3) If it was me trying to shortcut this...

• I'd open the file to look at it. I might or might not quickly make a copy for myself.
  
• Then I'd go to the BK-DemoData-Guide.
• Then I'd go to the BK-Architecture-Guide
• Then I'd go to the BK-Download-Guide
  • There is an authorization process involved if you want to add the scripting functionality to your file. 
  • Because you are downloading that script and running it from your own Google Drive and because that has no calls out the breach the privacy of your own drive, that authorization process in fact is strictly between you and you, as a part of your Google Drive security. We are not a part of that at all. We explain it in the BK-Download-Guide.
  • Alternatively, you can download these files directly to Excel or Open office format if you don't trust Google.  If you opt for download vs use on Google Drive, you will never be able to use the enhanced functionality we offer with the unbound Google Script project, but you could likely find a programmer who could look at that open source code and duplicate some or all of it in the spreadsheet platform of your choosing. ​NOTE: No core accounting functionality is included in the scripts. It's mostly fluff. All the accounting functionality is done in spreadsheet equations only, for privacy reasons among others. 
• Then I'd go to the bk-configuration-guide
• Then I'd go tot he bk-file-start-guide
• Then I'd consume the rest of the bk guides in order

The question we will ask everyone who seeks to work with us is simple. Q) What color was the purple polka-dotted unicorn mentioned on the FAQs page? The correct answer is "polka dotted".  Yes. The correct answer is Polka Dotted. So few will read this far it's silly.  I hope this helps with understanding!!​

4) What about Support if I need it? Surely these videos and docs aren't perfect...​

• These Videos and Documents aren't remotely perfect.
• We had no budget for our proof readers.
• As the money flows in, we will still have little to no budget for proof readers as there's far better places to spend any funds we are fortunate enough to procure.  
• Share or post information publicly about errors or omissions. If we see them and agree with them, we will try to make proper changes accordingly.
• If you post too many things about our grammar or spelling mistakes we might start speaking in sign language and telepathy only again, which makes this educational process far harder!! Don't get caught up with our grammar mistakes. Learn to write fast enough to create some of your own and care less about ours!
• As for Formal End-User Support, we offer none and we have no intentions of offering any. 
• This has been published to be a "Community Centric Education and Software Experience" and most of us really are not so sure we want to be a part of many of your communities yet based on this last election cycle debacle?!?!
• I mean really. How on Earth did slowJoe and KamalaB end up in the Catbird Seats? Kamala couldn't generate over 1% of voter interest and slowJoe was passed over for 20 years without anyone looking into Hunter, their extended family, and his ties to Global Commercial Cronyism properly? Be mindful here. We're not saying Orange-Man was the right answer either, but boy did he pull back the curtains and lift the rug a bit with one Hell of a good tug !!  The cockroaches and cruddy debris exposed was simply confounding.

We expect people and municipalities to create their own fee-based and/or free support groups and coaching industries as makes sense for their user communities.

We are interested in engaging with Commercial and Community Leaders to help with the creation of programs that would use our Curriculum and Software for the benefit of End Users and Communities. 

Our work with Commercial and Community leaders may be fee-based or free depending on the situations.
With regards to Material Use, if you are using our curriculum in fee based scenario or places of employment, we expect self managed licensing based on a Value for Value model.
