DESCRIPTION
This worksheet or something comparable is critical for organizing your information in a manner that makes sense for you for your Tax Preparer (CPA or Tax Prep person). Many of these folks send out questionnaires to help you gather the information but those are organized in ways that are convenient for them not necessarily for you. They can easily pull all the information they need from a well created packet.
Once completed, with your documents, number the documents, reference those numbers on the worksheet, and save them with those numbers as the start of the file name so everything is easy to reference. Then email your work to your tax preparer. (see images below).
