Many Grand-Parents do not openly share their small business or personal financial details with their Adult-Children due to "privacy reasons". Many Adult-Children do not openly share their small business or personal financial details with their Children due to "privacy reasons".
This leaves us with a generally dense and under-educated commercial population.
Since the Dawn of the Digital Age Millions if not Billions of Grand-Parents and Adult-Children have oddly refused to share financial details with their own flesh and blood. YET, and ironically, almost all of these silence lovers openly and freely shared their financial details down to the penny with "For-Profit Corporations" and "Bankers" who demanded they be able to share that private data anonymously with "non-profits and universities for research"?

- Good education is being kept in silence from the younger generations.
- How can any view this as a good thing?
- How did proper information sharing get so shunned? Inverted even?
- But it gets worse. Far worse...

Do you realize what has transpired? Who in their right mind would ever TRUST For-Profit Corporations, Bankers or faux Non-Profits over their own Flesh and Blood? Does it sound like an inversion has transpired to you too?
“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation then by deflation, the banks and the corporations will grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.” - Thomas Jefferson
"The death of Lincoln was a disaster for Christendom. There was no man in the United States great enough to wear his boots and the bankers went anew to grab the riches. I fear that foreign bankers with their craftiness and tortuous tricks will entirely control the exuberant riches of America and use it to systematically corrupt civilization" - Otto von Bismark

Scott D. Cook and Tom Proulx are the the Founders of Intuit.
And that was only the first of two mergers denied by the DOJ in less than four years.
Do these "failed attempts" speak volumes about both their greed, desire for control and personal blinders? And did the formal denial really result in proper market protection anyway or was it all just a Government supported distraction?
Do you find it interesting that the year the merger with Microsoft was shut down Tom slipped out of the Intuit picture and Scott, a huge supporter of the merger stepped out of day to day Presidential duties as he focused more on his role of Chairman of the Board? Do you find it interesting Intuit's Quicken and Microsoft's Money maintained Duopoly control of he marketplace together unchallenged for over a decade even without their Monopoly merger formalized? Would you be concerned if I told you It was only those two companies with a token third that developed the digital standards for communicating with all our banks? Before the denied merger with Intuit, Bill Gates said something to affect of "Get me into that industry and we'll make a sh-t load of money". But did he really need to control Intuit to do that?
In a video from 2015, Scott was asked by a Stanford College student about his Monopoly. Scott was kindly adamant that a 90% market share for over 20 years doesn't constitute a Monopoly. Gas lighting comes via soft tongues and kind words too. It's far harder to discern that way. Scott was the Chairman of the Board of Intuit until a few years ago. He's now a Billionaire on the Boards of Proctor and Gamble and Ebay.
Per Wikipedia, Intuit is the company who has lobbied extensively to prevent the US Government and the IRS from creating our own online system of digital tax filing as is found in all other wealthy countries. In a video, Scott's primary scenario for keeping our IRS filing software independent and under his control in a for-profit manner is based on the idea that waiters may not claim tips if the IRS pre-configures their tax form for them and doesn't know how much they made in tips already... (and no. I'm not making this up). It seems we don't have a public tax filing system because Scott doesn't want waiters to get away with pocketing more cash than they should.
How is it that Intuit, a company started by two Accounting Dunces by proclamation has controlled 90% of a for-profit marketplace for over two decades AND how is it they have managed to keep 350,000,000 people from creating their own digital, Federal Tax Collection system for reduced costs and simplicity?
Over 95% of that money comes from US revenues tied to Small Business People and Financially engaged individuals, even though they have offices in 8 major countries. Does that seem "odd" this day in age? Why haven't they penetrated the world by now? Scott provided an answer to this in a video and it was pretty illogical.
Why is it these employees are making so much money on US based Small Business People? Why can't Intuit get a foothold in these other countries? Does a silent Monopoly protection from our Government play into this mix somehow? Are they making money on privacy loopholes that other Wealthy Countries won't allow? Is there in fact a benefit to the US Government and/or specific US Bureaucrats for silently supporting such a monopoly?
Who can remember the messages of our Greatest Global Leaders as it relates to For-Profit Corporations and Bankers since 1776 ?
- Intuit is the parent company of QuickBooks, Quicken, Turbo-Tax, T-Sheets and now Credit Karma too.
- The met in the 1983 time frame.
- Prior to the startup, Scott was a in Marketing at Proctor and Gamble. He was a Product Manager. He use to sell Crisco and Fat. His job was to make people believe they wanted or needed his products. After that he moved on to Bain Capital where he did little as a Consultant (per his words not mine). While with Bain he developed ties to Wells Fargo.
- Tom was a Junior or rising Senior at Stanford in the Computer Science Department with seemingly no formal business experience when they met.
- Neither had any relevant experience nor respect for formal and proper Bookkeeping and Accounting processes prior to deciding they wanted to provide the world with solutions for Personal Accounting or Small Business Accounting.

- Does it make sense that Scott Cook, a "Proctor and Gamble Disciple" and his younger programming protégé, Tom Proulx, an Accounting Neophyte, should have been allowed to enter into and then monopolize the Bookkeeping, Accounting and Digital Tax Filling Industry in the 1980's and 1990's with no logical competition from financially literate Small Business People or those with proper Accounting Backgrounds? Especially given they were behind the spreadsheet software wave which is now shown to have been far superior 30 years later with no major venture investments or complex programming required? Did they pull a "belief" based trick off that has paid off in the Billions or maybe even Trillions when all revenues are tallied?
- Proctor and Gamble was a product of the IG Farben break up that fell into the Rockefeller Empire post WW2. Could that play into this at all?
- John D. Rockefeller's first job at age 16 was as an assistant bookkeeper. He did that for four years before entering several business partnerships at age 20 before being in the right place at the right time for the Ohio Oil Boom. A bookkeeper at heart he was. He would have known the power of Bookkeeping at a very young age. Who knew, right?
- Does it then follow-along that that Brad Smith, a "West Virginia Businessman" is the Current Intuit Chairman of the Board and ex President? Isn't one branch of the Rockefeller's known to hail from and control the Lion's share of West Virginia Politics and Commerce?

- With $7.7 Billion in Revenues, does it surprise you to find out that Intuit has one of the most "dis-satisfied" customer bases on the Planet?
- Paradoxically, does it make sense that Intuit is deemed one of the "best places to work" according to Forbes?
- Does Intuit sound like a massive "Small Business Parasite" problem to you too?
- Neither of the two founders had any relevant experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting, but Scott most assuredly would have had massive experience with introducing and managing Cognitive Bias via his work with Proctor and Gamble.
- Tom, the original programmer referred to a Balance Sheet as "archaic", yet everyone in Business knows it's impossible to get a CPA to prepare a Business Tax return large or small without one due to the data integrity feature it offers that most are oblivious to with clarity?
- What about the "Computer and Communications Industry Association" mentioned at the bottom of the Wikipedia article?
- How does it feel to belong to the only wealthy country in the world who's government has not provided a free, digital tax filing platform while allowing a Silicon Valley Monopoly Player to accrue net worth over $1 Billion?
- Do you believe we don't have such a system because our Government is so inept, or is it because it's been fully infiltrated by for-profit bandits who sabotage things at every turn to create that impression?
- Maybe, just maybe, has our Government been captured by Commercial Pirates far more Grand than most can truly Understand? Or maybe a larger question is better. Has it ever truly been free of European Banker Glee?
- Do you remember the name of the game? Is it the Doers & Sheep vs the Pirates & Grifters?

“These international bankers and Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests control the majority of the newspapers and the columns in those papers to club into submission or drive out of office officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government” - Theodore Roosevelt

Ponder this...
Is it probable that Big Pharma, Big Ag, the American Medical Association, the US Military and/or the US Government fund non-profit and university studies to see what "positive trends" are transpiring in the Wellness World under the guise of "trying to assist with health and wellness"?
Is it possible that contracted non-profits and universities could reach out to Intuit for "anonymous data" that would give them insight into small business commerce at a level that none of our own children have access to due to illogical individual privacy concerns?
Is it possible that Big Pharma, Big Ag, the American Medical Association, the US Military and/or the US Government could use any information legally obtained from Intuit to constantly "suppress" or "destroy" positive wellness care trends as they arise outside of the Rockefeller Medicine ropes with one of several gnarly techniques available to them? With our consent of course, because every Small Business Software user gave it to them (!?!)
What gnarly techniques could the "dark team of death" deploy with access to our entire country's small business records?
- Intuit has an estimated 90% market share of the Small Business Accounting Marketplace with one of the lowest end user satisfaction ratings for any software sector.
- Yet they have not been branded a Monopoly since they gained the position in the early 1990s as a startup born out of a Proctor and Gamble Disciple with no Accounting Background?
- Imagine that 16,200 out of 18,000 Acupuncture offices in the US use Intuit's Quickbooks for Bookkeeping.
- Imagine that 63,000 out of 70,000 Chiropractors offices in the US use Intuit's Quickbooks for Bookkeeping
- Imagine that 90% of all herbalists use Intuit's Quickbooks for Bookkeeping
- Imagine that 90% of all natural food stores and clinical nutrition manufacturers use Quickbooks for Bookkeeping
- Imagine that 90% of all small and mid size construction companies use Quickbooks . Wait. No. Let's just stick to health care and food right now...

- They could monitor trends in new vendors and new products on a countrywide scale. As new manufacturers or products rise, those companies and/or products could be targeted with buyout opportunities, banking issues, cash flow issues, legal challenges, technology attacks or commercial corruption in one of a dozen different ways.
- As specific practitioners, practice areas or geographic areas became more identified as part of "proper wellness trends" any number of strategies via the media or others listed above could be deployed to scatter attention and destroy energy bubbles.
- Generally speaking, it's never a good idea to give the Rockefeller types keys to the Jalopy, much less a nearly limitless window into the small business financial kingdom, which is in fact the energetic dimension where modern alternative wellness information forms and flourishes...
They haven't lost the plot. We have
With the support of our Media Brethren now captured by Big Pharma, Pirate Profiteers have had everyone so focused on "individual privacy" that few could recognize the damage wrought with "anonymously sharing" Intuit User's most intimate financial data as a collective. With 90% of digital small business data conveniently structured in a single database managed by Intuit, the ability to commercially control opposition to Rockefeller Medicine was truly a piece of cake.
The fox in the hen house was nothing compared to this stunt.

We let our guards down and we got lazy. Or maybe we just enjoyed our parts perfectly?
Did we forgot about the "Profiteers" and "Grifters" who love to take over, or were we just lying in wait?
Who is the "we" that get occasionally lulled to sleep by music, lights and the magic of the Physical World?
"They" are now in a sprint for "Global Control".
"Their research" told them enough of us had "fallen asleep".
"Their research" told them "it was time to make their move".
Sheesh.
It's a Damn Good thing there was a bit of "fudge" baked into their Research Cake!
:-)
It's time to Commercially Wake Up.
As Small Business People, we need to close out this round with a Win, as always,
and we need to help start a New Commercial Game that is more inclusive than this one has become.
It's all a piece of cake once you remember the rules for the Game of Commerce
and the sides that were put in play just a few short millennia ago.
