Certification Program / Investor Relations

We have invented a new series of paperclips. One would be grand. We've created several. They are protected by the developer via programming copywrite. We have no debt nor investors associated with this project. We will not take on any in a way that might jeopardize the copywrite ownership. The copywrite belongs to the public short and long term.

We are now seeking financial support, marketing support and technical support to help get these products and our educational material into the mainstream.

We are "considering" the creation of a fee based "Certification Program" with "teach-the-teacher" level curriculum to meet all our needs simultaneously. The program may range from $5k to 10k for the first 50 participants. Please note, you do NOT need to be Certified to provide ZAP related services to the public and institutions, but without certification you will not have direct access to us for support. As of now, no one has direct access to us for support and we may just leave it that way.

A certification program would put money in our pockets that we can use for marketing, marketing related travel and build out of more templates. This program would also create a decentralized sales force and technical support network who can use their Certification to make money while educating and supporting others.

We'd view those who get Certified as being our "investor advocates", our "value added resellers", our marketing department, and our support department all in one group. We feel all who get Certified will have the opportunity to earn back their initial investment / certification costs quickly with the potential for significant long term revenues for those who wish to pursue for profit services.

We expect the certification cost to go up after the first 50 participants, and we expect direct certification from us to go away as soon as the first certified prove they can offer for profit certification courses to others. This is an opportunity for a lot of people to make very good money both short and long term promoting the growth of very worthy educational material and a new type of software built with a consumer focus. Backstory

Intuit, with the support of Microsoft, has generally controlled the Small Business and Personal Accounting Software market as well as the self serve US Tax Filing System since the mid 1990s. Someone other than Intuit and Microsoft got into the formal Accounting Education Curriculum a long time prior to that in a very nefarious way. The combined efforts of these parties has created a financially illiterate national and global body politic that has allowed to many things money related to grow out of control.

The idea of a data independent, open source, customizable Bookkeeping and Accounting Software rooted in proper accounting education as opposed to damaged Dogma has been an active thought since the early 2000's. Numerous problems were encountered with using the same technology and educational structure to provide better offerings.

Our Sea Change solutions started to manifest as a Cloud Spreadsheet template and a few small websites in late 2016. Development and testing transpired from 2017 through summer 2020. Small Group Beta Testing is now complete and our documentation is ready for broader consumption.

We need a monetization process that can support a national and global rollout, given our products and education are all fully free with no user accounts for tracking and passive monetization. Or maybe we just let it grow organically. That is always a fine option too when no debt is involved.

First in will have a head start that could be worth a LOT of money and attention. The community may become Priceless for some. We'll get you up to speed quickly and then wish you Bon Voyage and wait for our phones to ring asking for support and advice that brings us all profits with a healthy sense of satisfaction towards a Sea Change second to none.

We have chosen to pursue a "Teach-the-Teacher Certification model" for mutual revenue generation and market penetration simultaneously. We are seeking to Certify Coaches, Consultants, Teachers, Investors, Advocates etc.

It will be limited to those who are advanced in Bookkeeping, Accounting and/or Technology who have had their own negative experiences in the current marketplace with Intuit, Microsoft, Boo publishers or others comparably disruptive.
This will enable our "Certificate Holders" to share relief with passion, compassion, and a fierce sense of purpose.

Our Certification Program has typical benefits as compared to traditional Software and Educational certification programs with the added benefit of direct access to the original developer, at least for the initial certification classes.

You will be purchasing in-depth personal education from Beta Testers with access to the original developer too
You will be learning / earning a trade on a new platform that has the ability to generate profits for you, if desired.
You will be learning / earning a trade on a new platform that provides you with a reason to give presentations and host networking events for personal benefits
You will be joining a community of like minded Certificate Holders which should expand your network for all things commercially related.
NOTE: This Direct Certification Program will only transpire until future Certificate Holders themselves show they can properly run for profit certificate programs. If you want direct education from those who developed this system, it's better to get it now rather than later.

Understanding our 4 Broad Target Markets should help with understanding the roll both Certified and non-Certified Coaches, Consultants, Teachers, Investors and Advocates can play in this process. A Certificate should add a credibility boost to your work, but many will do just fine without it.

DIY End Users - They have been provided a wealth of free information in writing with enough videos to get oriented. They are on their own. For no cost, they can use and master this information. Zero cost barriers to entry for those who are resourceful and can read and follow technical information without outside support was the first and most important factor for launching this solution.
Typical End Users - Although everything needed to gain control of this system is in writing, many people will want to pay for educational, setup and ongoing support. We expect these programs to range from $50 to $500 group classes to $200 to $5000 custom support services. Other than the free information on the websites, we will NOT be supporting any of these users directly with consulting, classes, more videos or education at this time. We expect these people to be served by Certified and non-Certified Coaches, Consultants, Teachers, Advocates etc.
Students - This solution has been created with education in mind. More than 10 different types of “students” who should grow into end users once their studies are complete are identified. Other than the free information on the websites, we will NOT be supporting any of these users directly with consulting, classes, more videos or education at this time. We expect these people to be served by both Certified and non-Certified Coaches, Consultants, Teachers, etc.
Corporate and Intuitional Programs - This Software and Education should be incorporated into 1000's of Corporate and Institutional Programs. We need Certified and non-Certified professionals to pursue opportunities with profit as their motives. We will provide more support and credibility, as appropriate, to Certificate Holders for assisting with larger contracts of one form or another. Please just build in some type of royalty for us as you progress.
